Webinar: IBS and Travel

On Wednesday 26 July 2023 our webinar on IBS and Travel with Edward West, pilot, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist took place.

In the webinar, Edward discussed the challenges of travelling and IBS and how to plan and prepare effectively to overcome those challenges. This included strategies for breaking the negative self-talk cycle and replacing with positive self-talk.

He’ll shared strategies for travelling when you have IBS and advice for before, during and after your trip.
