After making your purchase, you will receive two emails from us.

The first email will be a confirmation of your purchase and the second will contain the link to adownload the recorded webinar.

This will automatically be sent to the email address from which you made your purchase. Please make sure you purchase the webinar using the email address that you would like the link to be sent to.

About Shanice

Shanice works for the Centre for Psychology (NHS Talking Therapies) as a BABCP registered Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and as the Long-Term Health Conditions champion within the service. Following completion of her MSc in Health Psychology and additional LTC training specific for Low Intensity CBT, she developed a special interest in the connection between physical health and mental health. Shanice supports clients and other therapists within the service to deliver and engage in LTC tailored CBT which looks at developing helpful coping mechanisms.
