To help, this December we are holding an evening of guided relaxation with Sophie West.
If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, particularly in the build up to Christmas, the webinar will help you to relax and regain a feeling of control. As well as feeling calmer, you’ll go away with strategies to help you cope during difficult times.
Sophie has some new techniques to share with us, so we’re really looking forward to this session.
The cost of the webinar is £5 to members and £15 to non-members.
